Just outside of Research Triangle Park, NC is our 68,000 sq ft distribution and service center. Once inside you are greeted by one of our inside sales team and you can visit our showroom and onsite calibration laboratory. This center is home to our customer service, sales, and logistics teams. Our corporate office is located in Leesburg, FL and is our center for accounting, finance, purchasing and legal departments. We are an international organization and our Latin America Headquarters are located in San Juan, PR providing support, service, and distribution to Central and South America.

Our Staff
Our sales staff is made up of working sales professionals from the scientific and safety industries with years of field experience. Each sales team member will compile a list of your needs and prepare a quote with the quality equipment, supplies, or chemicals at the prices you need to fit your budget, we're more than willing to listen and make suggestions. Our customers are treated as long-term colleagues, and we find it important to develop a relationship of trust and commitment between BLD and our clients.

It is our policy that customers have access to all the information necessary to purchase an item available including Technical Specifications, pictures, accessories and performance sheets. We also recommend visiting our showroom were you can come in and handle equipment. By doing this, we believe that customers will make more informed decisions about their purchases.
Our Educated Staff:
BLD continuously trains our staff to understand the features and operation of every product we sell. Our factory trained technicians put each product shipped from our facility through a Quality Assurance Program prior to shipping. Each item is checked to make sure it properly meets manufacturer's specifications. Our calibration team both performs quality NIST traceable calibrations onsite and in our Raleigh location, and is compliant with GMP, GLP, FDA, 17025 and ISO 9001 regulations.
Our Partnership with Manufacturers:
BLD, in cooperation with manufacturers, regularly schedules events where manufacturers show their newest and hottest products to customers and staff. In addition, we encourage various networking events were we can display these new products.
Our Cutting Edge Inventory Tracking:
BLD has set up an Automated Inventory Control System (AICS) enabling us to check on the availability of any piece of equipment. Special orders are processed using this same system and can be easily ordered and tracked with tracking information set back to customer within 24-48hrs. Custom Equipment can also be tracked in the progress using our integrated technology. We track serial numbers to reassure that warranty work is properly monitored and the customer can get service repair quickly.
Our Return Policy:
We want you to buy with confidence knowing that we will support you if there is a problem with your merchandise. If you receive an item damaged we will have it shipped back to us at no cost and have another sent on its way.
